This is the privacy policy for jwal.ai, the website of JWAL Software, the practice of Jacob Knight in Layton, Utah. Questions about anything here: jake.k@jwal.ai.

What this site collects

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and records how the site is used: pages visited, the link you arrived from, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. I use this to understand what people read and whether my marketing works. Google processes this data on my behalf; their practices are described in Google's privacy policy.

Scheduling. If you book a call, that happens on Calendly, a separate service. Whatever you enter there (your name, email, and anything you write) is collected by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy and shared with me so I can hold the meeting.

Email. If you email me, I keep the correspondence.

Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP addresses and requests) to serve and secure the site.

There are no accounts, no payment forms, and no data collection beyond the above. I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it with anyone except the service providers named here.

Cookies and opting out

The only cookies come from Google Analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private mode, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fine without cookies.

Your choices

Email jake.k@jwal.ai to ask what information I have about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. I will act on the request unless I need the record for something legitimate, like an active engagement, and I will tell you either way.

Children

This site is for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date.
