Price list

Fixed-price offers for agencies

Every offer below lists its duration, published price, buying path, deliverables, and how acceptance is decided, so a program office can forward it to a contracting officer as is. Two are priced to fit on a government purchase card.

Track A

Track B

GenAI Workforce Enablement

Chief Human Capital Officers, CIO offices, and mission offices that have generative AI licenses, including seats bought through GSA OneGov, and no adoption plan. Priced per session and per cohort so a program office can start small.

This is the same coaching method our executive clients use, delivered as a fixed-price program. People learn on their own work, inside the tool your agency already licenses. How the method works.

B-1

Executive AI Briefing

Half day, up to 20 leaders
$7,500

Fixed price. Delivered in your authorized environment.

P-card eligible

Deliverables

  • A tailored three-hour session: what AI can and cannot do for your mission, and leaders' duties under M-25-21.
  • Policy quick-cards for your leadership team.
  • A 90-day action list.

Acceptance: Session delivered.

B-2

GenAI Practitioner Cohort

4 weeks, up to 25 people
$28,000 per cohort

Fixed price. Delivered in your authorized environment.

Simplified acquisition

Deliverables

  • Four three-hour working sessions on participants' real tasks.
  • A prompt and skill library for the cohort's ten highest-value workflows, built in your agency's licensed tool.
  • Four weeks of office hours.
  • Adoption survey and a written adoption report.

Acceptance: All four sessions delivered, the workflow library handed over in your tool, and the adoption report issued.

B-3

Workforce Enablement Program

12 weeks, 3 cohorts
From $75,000

Fixed price. Delivered in your authorized environment.

Simplified acquisition

Deliverables

  • Three Practitioner Cohorts.
  • A champions network so the practice keeps spreading after we leave.
  • An adoption dashboard.
  • Train-the-trainer handoff and policy quick-cards.

Acceptance: All three cohorts delivered, the champions network and dashboard handed over, and the train-the-trainer session completed.

Track C

Agentic AI, Pilot to Production

A program office with one painful, repeatable workflow: intake, FOIA triage, grants review, contract-file preparation, or knowledge-base questions. Delivered inside your authorized environment (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or your agency's platform), so no new FedRAMP authorization is needed. Model-agnostic: the model is chosen from what your agency has already authorized.

C-1

Agentic AI Discovery & Architecture

3–4 weeks
From $32,000

Fixed price. Delivered in your authorized environment.

Simplified acquisition

Deliverables

  • Workflow selection, success metrics, and an evaluation plan.
  • Architecture inside your ATO boundary, with a data and security review.
  • A cost model for model usage at production volume.
  • A go or no-go recommendation.

Acceptance: Architecture, cost model, and go or no-go recommendation delivered and accepted by the program sponsor.

C-2

Agentic AI Pilot (in your tenant)

10–12 weeks
From $158,000

Fixed price. Delivered in your authorized environment.

Simplified acquisition

Deliverables

  • A working agent or retrieval pilot in your tenant, with an ingestion pipeline and guardrails.
  • A user interface or Teams / Slack integration that cites its sources.
  • Golden-set evaluation plus a red-team and bias report, which satisfies the M-25-21 pre-deployment testing practice.
  • Four to six weeks of pilot operations with real users and their feedback.
  • A scale recommendation and cost model.

Acceptance: Pilot evaluated against the success metrics agreed in Discovery, and the test report and scale recommendation accepted by the program sponsor.

Follows Discovery & Architecture. Discovery is where data-access and ATO risks surface, before anyone commits to a fixed price for a build.

C-3

Production Hardening & ATO Support

12–16 weeks
Quote on request

Fixed price. Delivered in your authorized environment.

Quoted per task order

Deliverables

  • Production architecture, CI/CD and LLMOps, monitoring and drift detection.
  • Section 508 and security testing.
  • System security plan and control-implementation inputs, and POA&M support.
  • Runbooks and full knowledge transfer to your staff, consistent with OMB M-25-22.

Acceptance: Production deployment passes your agency's security and 508 testing, and the ATO documentation inputs are accepted by your security team.

C-O&M

Managed AI Operations

Monthly
From $13,000/month

Fixed price. Delivered in your authorized environment.

Option or subscription

Deliverables

  • Monitoring and incident response.
  • Prompt and model updates, each re-evaluated before release.
  • Monthly cost optimization.
  • A quarterly M-25-21 monitoring report.

Acceptance: Monthly service report and quarterly monitoring report delivered.

Optional. Every build is handed over so your staff can run it. This is for agencies that would rather we keep running it, sold as an option on the build contract or as a 12-month subscription.

How to buy
Which offers can be bought on a government purchase card?
The AI Readiness & Governance Diagnostic at $15,000 and the Executive AI Briefing at $7,500. Both fit under the $15,000 micro-purchase threshold, so no competition is required. If your single-purchase limit is lower than $15,000, email us and we will scope the diagnostic to fit your limit.
What does "from" mean on a price?
It is the price for the scope described on this page. More use cases, more cohorts, or travel beyond the Wasatch Front raise it, and the quote says exactly why. The price never goes up after a purchase order is signed.
How fast can JWAL start after a purchase order?
Within two weeks of award for any published offer. Kickoff needs access to your authorized AI tool or cloud tenant and a named program sponsor.
Can an offer be tailored to our statement of work?
Yes. The published offers are the default scope. A tailored statement of work keeps the fixed-price, written-acceptance structure and is quoted within five business days of receiving the requirement.
What contract types and payment methods does JWAL accept?
Firm fixed price, with milestone billing for engagements longer than eight weeks. Payment by purchase card, electronic funds transfer, the Invoice Processing Platform, or PIEE / WAWF for Department of Defense orders.
Larger scopes

Work beyond these offers, such as a multi-workflow agent program, a fractional Chief AI Officer seat for an agency, or subcontract support to a prime, is quoted per statement of work on the same fixed-price basis.
