Executive AI Coaching
One-on-one coaching for at least five team members, built on the work that is actually stuck this week. Not a curriculum. Not a prompt pack.
Managing partners, agency owners, and the executives who run growing firms, plus the people who do the work behind them: managers, accountants, operations, the back office. You know you need AI. You are not going to build the tools yourself, and you do not have time for a training day that is forgotten by Friday.
If you run an accounting or marketing firm, your clients are already asking what your AI story is. Coaching is the fastest honest answer: your people get good at this on their own work, and you find out where AI pays next.
- 01
Discovery call
Your firm, your week, and what AI could unlock. Clarity on fit, no fluff.
- 02
Two-hour kickoff, per person
We map their week for AI leverage and stand up the first tools live, on their actual tasks, not a demo.
- 03
Weekly one-on-one sessions
One hour a week, five weeks running. Every session opens the same way: what have you worked on since we last talked?

Add seats across the firm, or move to the readiness audit when you want the organizational roadmap.
- A working AI practice each person actually uses, not a slide deck they forget.
- Hands-on fluency with the tools that matter for their specific role.
- Early wins on real tasks picked from their first week, so the value is obvious immediately.
- A use-case shortlist for the firm, with the business case to back it.
- A clear read on where AI pays next, and what to leave alone.
Every JWAL engagement starts here, and not because it is a sales funnel. Trust gets built by working on someone's real problem first. Coaching is the wedge. It opens into the AI and Technology Readiness Audit, and the audit leads to the fractional seat. No open-ended retainer pitch, ever.
Consultants leave a deck. Workshops leave a folder. Coaching is the same person, the same context, week after week, until the new habit is just how you work. How I coach →
Contact me for pricing. Five seats is the coaching floor; additional seats are available. One flat fee for the kickoff and five weekly sessions per person, no monthly commitment.
Contact me for pricing- Who should be in the first five seats?
- The people whose week would change most. Usually one or two partners or executives, a manager, and two people from the work itself: an accountant, an operations lead, someone in the back office. Mixing levels is a feature, because the habits spread sideways.
- Do we need to pick tools first?
- No. Most firms already have Claude, Gemini, or Copilot in the building. We start with whatever you already pay for and change tools only if the work demands it.
- How much time does it take?
- A two-hour kickoff, then one hour a week for five weeks, plus whatever each person chooses to try between sessions on their own work. It is built to fit a real job, not replace one.
- Is this remote or in person?
- Both. I am based in Layton, Utah, and work in person across the Wasatch Front, from Ogden to Salt Lake City to Provo. Everything also works over video for firms elsewhere in the country.
- What happens after five weeks?
- Most firms either add seats or move to the AI and Technology Readiness Audit, which turns the shortlist from coaching into a board-ready roadmap. There is no retainer to sign and nothing automatic.
